Leah - Registered Dental Hygienist
Meet Leah, a San Diego native, who lives in Ramona with her husband. She has been a valued member of Dr. Allred’s team since 2021 and brings a calm, friendly presence to every appointment. Leah loves helping patients feel comfortable during cleanings and takes pride in educating them on the connection between oral health and overall wellness. Outside the office, she enjoys desert camping with her husband, relaxing at the beach, thrift shopping, and cuddling her two cats.
Esmeralda - Registered Dental Assistant
Meet Esmeralda, an experienced Registered Dental Assistant with over five years of experience in the field. She works in the back office, providing assistance to Dr. Allred during treatments, and is passionate about helping patients maintain good oral health by providing education and care. Originally from Escondido, CA, Esmeralda recently moved to San Marcos, CA. During her free time, she cherishes spending quality moments with her family and two daughters. Together, they love camping and participating in sports activities.
Jacqueline - Registered Dental Assistant
Meet Jacqueline, a highly skilled dental assistant and certified phlebotomist with over four years of experience in the field. She is deeply committed to staying up-to-date with the latest dental technology and providing exceptional patient care. When she's not at work, you can find her playing pickleball, hiking, backpacking, or spending quality time with her beloved dog, Benji. Oh, and did you know that Jacqueline is an identical twin?

Meet Kristen! Born and raised in San Diego, Kristen brings over a decade of experience in the medical field, with the last two years dedicated to dentistry. She has a deep passion for learning and is especially fascinated by the connection between oral health and overall well-being. Kristen earned her degree in Chemistry at the University of California, Riverside and earned her pre-medical certificate from UCLA. She enjoys spending time with her kids and husband along with their 2 dogs. She also enjoys spending time with her extended family of 90+ in counting!
